Scott's RTO provides FREE delivery to our customers by using independently contracted delivery companies. For a smooth delivery please ensure the following preparations are made for the building;the site must be cleared, the driver needs at least 4' of clearance to work around the unit to set it properly. They also need 2' of clearance on each side to bring the unit in to the desired location.Set-up includes leveling the portable building with suitable concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the customer. Drivers will not set a building above 6” from ground level without an extra cost. 4” flat solid concrete blocks above 6” in height may require extra time and material which the customer must agree to pay directly to the driver at the time of delivery. The driver will level the building when it is delivered initially. If the buildings settle after being loaded with belongings this is not a warranty issue. If the driver is needed to go back to re level that will be the responsibility of the customer. There must be enough space for not only the building but also the truck and the trailer. There are some things to consider for the delivery of your building. The truck and trailer that will be delivering your building may exceed 60’ in length and when loaded with your building may exceed 15.6’ in height. Low power lines and telephone lines must be considered for the delivery of the building. Adequate clearances require a minimum of four feet from any other structure or property line on any side of the portable building, and overhead clearance equal to the height of the portable building plus five feet. If the driver determines that there is not enough space, arrangements for another location must be made by the customer.If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery at the cost of $3.00 per mile (one way).Delivery personnel are not responsible for the trimming of trees, clearing of brush or stumps, or the removal of fences &amp; gates or any other obstructions at the delivery site. Please use conservative judgment when considering ditches and/or tight access routes/turns on rural access roads.

<h1>Siding</h1>We have 3 siding materials for you to choose from.<ul><li>Vinyl Siding We offer most of our buildings with premium Dutch-lap vinyl siding.</li><li>LP SmartSide (50 year siding warranty) painted with premium PPG paint or urethane stain.</li><li>Pressure Treated T1-11, stained with high quality wood sealer to preserve the distinct new-wood look!</li></ul><h1>Floor</h1>All building floors are built entirely with pressure-treated lumber, including 4x6 notched skids, 2x4 or 2x6 floor joists 12" or 16" on center, and 5/8" or 3/4" flooring. No worries about rot or decay. *While most shed manufacturers have switched to using untreated, press-board type flooring; we still use fully treated, plywood flooring with a lifetime warranty against fungal decay and termites, on ALL our sheds. <h1>Walls</h1>All wall studs are 24" on center, with double studs ever 4' for maximum strength on treated buildings; painted buildings have studs place 16'' on center. <h1>Roof</h1>All buildings are priced with a lifetime warranty 28 gauge metal roof; with single bubble vapor barrier (or OSB) beneath the metal. Shingles are also available. We have 10 metal colors to choose from to help you match your house or other buildings. We do offer 5 colors of architectural shingles as well!<h1> </h1>
