Scott's RTO provides FREE delivery to our customers by using independently contracted delivery companies. For a smooth delivery please ensure the following preparations are made for the building;
the site must be cleared, the driver needs at least 4' of clearance to work around the unit to set it properly. They also need 2' of clearance on each side to bring the unit in to the desired location.
Set-up includes leveling the portable building with suitable concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the customer.

- Vinyl Siding We offer most of our buildings with premium Dutch-lap vinyl siding.
- LP SmartSide (50 year siding warranty) painted with premium PPG paint or urethane stain.
- Pressure Treated T1-11, stained with high quality wood sealer to preserve the distinct new-wood look!
Floor
